For this latest promotion, Hong Kong 3 registrants are invited to take their chance to win 3G video phones with twelve-month free 3 services for themselves and a similar prize* for their friends or relatives living overseas in a 3 network country. With 3 International Video Call Service, 3 users can actually see and hear the persons they are talking to, live, making distance no obstacle to intimate communication. 3 International Video Call Service will be available to selected 3 network countries including Austria, Australia, Italy, Sweden and the UK.

To enter the lucky draw, local 3 registrants can simply visit the 3 International Lucky Draw page at 3 website (www.three.com.hk) and follow the simple steps to nominate a family member or a friend living in a 3 network country. Registrants who do not wish to nominate a friend or relative living overseas to win a prize can still enter the lucky draw. The draw takes place on 1 September, 2003, from lucky draw entries received prior to midnight on 31 August, 2003.
