Setup Customer Self-Service Password
To set up password, please click here^ or go to 3Grid > 3Care or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions to select language, press [2] for English. Enter a 4-8 digits new password, the press [#]. If you are presently outside Hong Kong, please call 3Customer Services Hotline at 3166 3333.
To maximize the protection of your personal and account data, we recommend you to avoid using your HKID number as your password.

New Customers
If you are new to 3, you have to set up your password first at here^ before you can access the services available on www.three.com.hk.

Existing Users using HKID or BR No. as password
For your maximum privacy protection, we recommend you to avoid using your HKID or BR number as your login password. To change your password, please follow the procedure in "Change Password".

Change Password
To change your password, please click here^ to visit three.com.hk > 3Care > My 3Account > Change password or go to 3Grid > 3Care or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions therein. If you are presently outside Hong Kong, please call 3Customer Services Hotline at 3166 3333.

Forget Password
If you have forgotten your password, please click here^ or go to 3Grid > 3Care or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions press [2] for English and then press [2] to reset your password.

SMS alerts for website access (Only applicable for 2G & 3G Mobile & Data Card users)
If you have set up to receive SMS alert for sign-in 3Care web service previously, the alerts will be replaced by an alert when you login at www.three.com.hk. If you would like to enable/disable this service, please select the required option in "Manage My Profile" page either with the same password you currently using or a new password you prefer.

Remark: ^ If you set-up password via www.three.com.hk, system will send an one-off 'Activation code' to your mobile phone via SMS or email to activate your Customer Self-service password
