本地流動數據組合增值服務條款及細則

• 本增值服務合約只適用於特選客戶。
• 有關服務將於成功申請之翌日生效，所包含的本地數據用量有效期至每月賬單月完結為止, 如不足一個月，月費將以整月計算及收費。
• 所包含的本地數據用量只供該月賬單周期內使用，餘額不能累積至下一個賬單周期。
• 如客戶於增值服務合約期內終止該項增值服務或終止已登記流動電話之流動電話服務，客戶需繳付剩餘增值服務合約期之月費總額作為取消費用違約賠償。
• 增值服務內所包括之使用量只適用於本地流動數據服務。
• 增值服務於合約期完結後將繼續提供，收費以當時標準增值服務月費計算。如欲於取消該項增值服務，客戶須於承諾到期日之前(不少於一天或之前)致電3客戶服務熱線31663333或前往各3Shop辦理。
• 所選購月費計劃內之所有本地數據用量受本公司之公平使用政策上限限制。於發單周期內之任何時候，當於有關發單周期內之累積本地數據用量達到適用於客戶之公平使用數據用量上限，公平使用政策將會生效。客戶可繼續享用本地數據服務，惟使用網絡之優先次序將會較低，而客戶的數據服務體驗或會受到影響。惟數據上下載速度將不會受限制至低於128kbps。詳情請參閱 www.three.com.hk內之3香港服務使用政策及公平使用政策。
• 「發單周期」是指由發單日開始至下一個發單日前一日為完結之周期，而每位客戶之發單周期均不同。
• 和記電話有限公司保留優惠之最終決定權，優惠或條款如有更改，本公司將以合理時間預早通知。

Local Data Pack Value-Added Service (“VAS”) - Terms & Conditions

• This VAS service contract is applicable to selected customers only.
• This VAS service will be effective on the next day after successful subscription and full month data pack entitlement can be enjoyed within the remaining period of the bill month and full month data pack charge will be imposed.
• Any unused data usage of the data package cannot be carried forward to the next Billing Cycle.
• If the customer terminates the VAS service or the mobile service for the registered mobile account during the VAS contract period, customer will be subject to liquidated damages which is equivalent to the sum of the total monthly service fees of VAS for the outstanding contract period.
• The usage entitlement of the VAS applies to local mobile data service only.
• VAS will continue to be provided after expiration of the VAS contract period and prevailing standard monthly service fees will apply. Customer should give cancellation notice (at least one day) prior to VAS contract expiry via 3Hotline at 31663333 or visit our 3Shop.
• All local data usage of any subscribed service plan is subject to FUP threshold Local data usage of our company. At any time during a billing cycle, once the aggregate local data usage of a customer in the relevant billing cycle reaches the relevant Fair Usage Data Threshold applicable to the customer, a fair usage policy will be applied. Customer can continue to use the local data service. However, the customer's priority to access the network will be lowered affecting her/his data service experience.  But the data access speed will not be restricted to less than 128kbps. • "Billing Cycle" refers to the period beginning with the date of an invoice and ending on date immediately preceding the date of the next invoice and it varies from customers to customers.
• Hutchison Telephone Company Limited reserves the right of final decision on the above offer and reasonable prior notice will be provided if there is any change to the offer or relevant terms and conditions.
