條款及細則

1. 是次活動只供3香港尚駿會會員及指定特選客戶參加。
2. 由於名額有限，閣下報名後，我們將會有短訊確確認及通知有關出席活動安排。
3. 惡劣天氣注意事項:
   1. 颱風訊號
      1. 當天文台於下午四時仍然懸掛八號或以上之颱風訊號，則原定於當日舉行之活動將告取消/延期。若天文台於下午四時或以前已除下八號或以上之颱風訊號，則原定於當日之活動將如常舉行。
      2. 所有原定舉行之活動若因惡劣天氣情況而取消/延期，３香港將為有關活動再作另行安排及通知。
   2. 暴雨警告訊號
      1. 若黃色、紅色或黑色暴雨訊號於活動時間內生效，活動將如常舉行。
      2. 當黑色暴雨警告訊號於下午四時時仍然生效，則原定於當日舉行之活動將告取消/延期。若天文台於下午四時或以前已除下所有暴雨警告訊號或改掛黃色或紅色暴雨警告訊號，則原定於當日之活動將如常舉行。
4. 所有原定舉行之活動若因惡劣天氣情況而取消/延期，３香港將為有關活動再作另行安排及通知。
5. 和記電話有限公司保留更改本活動條款及細則之權利，並可就有關本條款及細則及所有爭議作出最終決定。

Terms & Conditions

1. This event for 3Supreme members and designated selected customers only.
2. Only limited seats are available, we will send confirmation SMS if your seat is confirmed upon your registration.
3. Enforced closures under severe weather conditions.
   1. Typhoon signal
      1. If the typhoon-signal warning is number 8 or higher as at 4pm, the event will be cancelled. If the typhoon-signal warning is number 3 or lower as at 4pm, the event will be held as scheduled.
      2. 3HK will make rearrangement and separate notification for the event should it be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather condition.
   2. Rainstorm warning signal
      1. The event will be held as scheduled if amber, red or black rainstorm warning signal is hoisted during the event period.
      2. If black rainstorm warning signal is still hoisted as at 4pm, the event will be cancelled. If amber or red rainstorm warning signal is hoisted as at 4pm, the event will be held as scheduled.
4. 3HK will make rearrangement and separate notification for the event should it be cancelled or postponed due to severe weather condition.
5. Hutchison Telephone Company Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this event registration. All matters and disputes in relation to the registration will be subject to the final decision of Hutchison Telephone Company Limited.
