Setup Customer 3 Self-Service Password

To set up password, please click here ^ or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions to select language, press [2] for English. Enter 6-8 digits for new password setting, then press [#]. If you are presently outside Hong Kong, please call 1033 for 3Customer Services Hotline.

New Customers / Existing Customers by using HKID or BR No. as Self-Service password

For personal privacy protection, we highly recommend customers – you to avoid using your HKID or BR number as your login password. To your reset your password, please follow the procedure instructions in "Change Password".

Change Password

To change your password, please visit three.com.hk/login/eng -> Account Setting & Self Service -> Account Setting -> Change Password or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions therein. If you are presently outside Hong Kong, please call 1033 for 3Customer Services Hotline

Forget Password

If you have forgotten your password, please click here ^ or dial *333 with your mobile phone and follow the instructions press [2] for English and then press [2] to reset your password.

SMS alerts for website access

If you have set up the Login SMS alert (once you sign-in my account web service, SMS would be given out as a reminder) , SMS would be sent to your registered mobile no. as a reminder once you sign-in my account / My3 App. To enable/disable this service, please select the required option in “Account Setting and Self Service“ -> ‘Account Setting’ -> ‘Login SMS Alert’ page either with the same password you currently using or a new password you prefer.
Remark: ^If you set-up password via www.three.com.hk/login/eng, an a one-off 'Activation code' will be sent to your registered mobile no. via SMS to activate your Customer 3 Self-Service Password.
