The terms and conditions relating to the "KKBOX x Roaming Bundle Plan"
- From 21 July 2017 to 30 September 2017 (both dates inclusive), 3HK monthly subscription customers may subscribe for a 3-month KKBOX service (“Special Offered Period”) at preferential service fee at HK$138, and enjoy 2-day Data Roaming Daily Pass in China, Macau or Taiwan for free (“Bundle Plan”),:
- The Bundle Plan fee includes the KKBOX service fee for 3 months based on bill period.
- Upon expiry of the Special Offered Period, a monthly fee of $49 will be charged automatically to the relevant registered customer account. To cancel subscription, please call 3Customer Services Hotline at least seven days prior to the end day of the Special Offered Period.
- 2-day of the charge of using of Data Roaming Daily Pass in China, Macau or Taiwan after the date of successfully subscribed the Bundle Plan to the period until 31 October 2017 will be free of charge (for the first two days) if Customers activate and use designated Data Roaming Daily Pass.
- Customer must eligible to use Data Roaming Daily Pass service, and shall activate the Data Roaming Daily Pass service by dialing *107*1# via handset by himself / herself before use. For details of Data Roaming Daily Pass service, please visit

- If Customer does not use the designated Data Roaming Daily Pass in the given period, the free offer will be automatically forfeited.
- This offer is not transferrable to any third party or exchangeable for cash.
- If subscribe Bundle Plan on or before 15 August 2017, customers may select to redeem 2pcs of "KKBOX x 1563: Taste Of Music－Robynn & Kendy x Michael Lai" Mini Concert tickets ("the Tickets") at the same time with the payment of administration fee at HK$50:-
- The Mini Concert （"Activity"） will be held on 20 August 2017.
- The Tickets are available while stocks last.
- $50 administration fee will be charged automatically to the relevant registered 3HK service account once upon successfully subscribed the Bundle Plan with the Tickets. No refund is allowed.
- Redemption SMS ("Redemption SMS") for the Tickets will be issued to customers' 3HK mobile number subscribed for KKBOX service ("KKBOX Account") before the event upon successfully subscribed the Bundle Plan with the Tickets.
- Customers must present the Redemption SMS and provide the KKBOX Account for tickets redemption on the activity date.
- If the redemption SMS is lost or failed to receive upon subscription, please contact 3iChat ambassador https://3ichat.three.com.hk for replacement.
- Each Redemption SMS can only be redeemed 2 pcs of designated Mini Concert tickets on the Activity date. The Tickets not redeemed on the Activity date will be automatically forfeited.
- Any screen shot or forwarded Redemption SMS shall be considered as invalid.
- The Tickets are not exchangeable, non-transferable or non-redeemable for cash.
- Hutchison Telephone Company Limited ("HTCL") is not the organizer of the Activity. HTCL shall assume no liability in respect of the Activity arrangement supplied.
- Upon Customer subscribed KKBOX services, Customer also gives consent for HTCL to provide its mobile number to KKBOX Hong Kong Limited for confirmation of attendance and redemption of the Tickets. For details, please visit http://www.kkbox.com → Privacy Policy.
- If Customer will use KKBOX service during travelling, please download and activate the KKBOX mobile application before departure in Hong Kong.
- KKBOX service is operated by third party provider KKBOX Hong Kong Limited, HTCL shall assume no liability in respect of the user of the products or services supplied. Additional terms and conditions apply to KKBOX service. For details, please visit
