Terms & Conditions:
  1. Monthly fee covers data usage when accessing "HKJC Mobile Betting Service" and "Race Stimulater" mobile app (excludes data usage of Apps downloads, content of Race Replay/Barrier Trials, Live TV, Live Cast, Web Cast service and Branch Locator function).
  2. Data waiving applies on local data usage only.
  3. "HKJC Mobile Betting Service" and "Race Simulator" mobile app support most of the handsets and tablets using Androld/iphone.
  4. Race Simulator does not suppot Java-based handset.
  5. The $8 Betting and Info Data Pack is valid for 30 days and counted from the day of service subscription. The service fee will be deducted automatically from SIM card after 30 days if the remaining balance is enough (equals or more than $8). Otherwise, the package will be suspended.
  6. The $8 Betting and Info Data Pack can be terminated via handset by press [#127＊58#]. Termination will be effective after package end date. Once the termination is effective, the data charge will apply to access "HKJC Mobile Betting Service" and "Race Simulator" mobile app.
  7. 3HK reserves the right to suspend, modify or terminate any usage abuse of the Betting and Info Data Pack.
  8. All commercial or illegal promotion via this service will be prohibited.
  9. This service will also be terminated upon card expiry date.
