How to Use

To enjoy our 4G LTE network for making VoLTE calls, please activate the VoLTE service with a 3HK compatible devices. Please contact iChat or 3Customer Services Hotline 3166 3333 to activate the service now.

* 1-Card-Multi-Number service is currently not applicable in VoLTE service.

1. The following setting is Samsung GALAXY Note3 LTE software upgraded to N9005ZHUENE3

Step 1: Select Apps in the home screen	Step 2: Select setting


Step 3: Select "General" > "About device"	Step 4: Select Software Update


Step 5: Click Update	Step 6: Select OK


Step 7: Click Download	Step 8: Handset software will upgraded to N9005ZHUENE6 after installation


*Handset software upgrade may cause to data usage, it is suggested to perform handset software upgrade using Wifi network

How to enable VoLTE

Method 1:
Step 1: Pull down the notification bar	Step 2: Click the VoLTE icon to turn on“VoLTE”


Method 2:
Step 1: Select Apps in the home screen	Step 2: Select Setting


Step 3: Select More networks	Step 4: Select Mobile networks


Step 5: Tick VoLTE call box to turn on“VoLTE”
