How do I activate service?

What can I enjoy for voice calls?
The Service roaming voice calls included receiving calls, outgoing calls to local and Hong Kong. Calling to other countries will be charged at standard roaming rates. Click here for coverage and charges.
What are 30 days and 3 days valid periods?
"Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass" can be used within 30 days after activation. You can choose any 3 days within valid period to use this service. A "day" count starts upon first use of travel data usage, the cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the day of use and one pass will be deducted.
Is there any warm reminder for this service?
Yes, SMS reminder will be sent to you, for:
  1. Confirmation upon service activation
  2. The valid period when start using travel data
  3. "3 days" before the pass expire
Can I share my data by tethering?
Yes, simply share data by tethering with your other mobile devices.

The Mainland China & Macau 3-Day Pass will be charged to your account with 3HK immediately upon successful activation. The service must be used within 30 days after from the day of successful purchased or the service will expire upon the lapse of such 30-day period. A "day" count starts upon first use of travel data usage and the cut-off time is 23:59 (Hong Kong time) on the day of use. When the pass is effective, a confirmation message will be sent via SMS.
