Maximum download speed according to the specification of the relevant mobile device purchased by a customer and will not correspond to the speed experienced by an individual customer. Thereafter data access speed (upload and download) will be restricted to not less than 128 kbps. The speed experienced by the customer will be less than the specification of the relevant mobile device and will be affected by the network setting, network specification, user’s device, transmission technology, individual network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage level and extraneous factors. |

Terms & Conditions
- Designated contract is required for all SIM subscription.
- Customer is required to pay the Administration Fee of $18 per month.
- Customer who subscribes Plan $88 and pays the monthly service fee via designated credit card autopay under the same register name and select 3 Customer Self-help Service (includes 3Care Web, My 3 app, 3iChat, etc.) can enjoy $10 monthly rebate during contract period. For details of 3 Customer Self-help Service, please visit www.three.com.hk/3Care_def.
- Customer who subscribes Plan $88 and presents a valid Senior Citizen Card under the same register name to enjoy $10 monthly rebate during contract period.
- Customer who subscribes Plan $88 and presents a valid Student Card to enjoy $10 monthly rebate during contract period. The Register Name can be different with name on student card
- Rebate offer is applicable to Plan $88 and customer can enjoy one monthly rebate offer only.
- Additional $1 would be charged for making a video call to a subscriber of other Hong Kong designated mobile operator.
- There would be no surcharge for receiving a video call from a subscriber of other Hong Kong designated mobile operator.
- Wireless local data usage charge is applicable to Phone email application usage or access to Mail via video mobile phone, access to sites other than the 3Service and wireless modem application.
- No additional local airtime charges for IDD "001", "1968" " & "+" services. While local airtime would be charged for making IDD 1966 calls.
- For international voice and video calls, international call rates apply.
- For international roaming services, roaming rates apply.
- Talk time guarantee (One minute of video and voice call talk time will be rebated if your call accidentally drops out and either the calling party calls back or you dial the number again within 1 minute of the call drop-out).
- Wireless local data usage including overhead will be billed by KByte and rounded up to the nearest KByte on each day's total usage. Should there be any dispute, system records of Hutchison Telecom (HK) Ltd will be final.
- Prepayment of $100 SIM card fee is required for SIM subscription and shall be refunded after used for 1 month.
- In case of early disconnection during the contract period for whatsoever reasons, a liquidated damage fee will be charged by 3HK.
