Five Outstanding Salespersons from Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong Holdings win
“Distinguished Salesperson Award”

Hong Kong, 27 July 2012 - Hutchison Telecommunications Hong Kong Holdings Limited (HTHKH; Stock Code: 215) today announced that five salespersons from its mobile and residential fixed-line business 3 Hong Kong have been awarded the “44th Distinguished Salesperson Award” and the “44th Outstanding Young Salesperson Award”. Winner Rachel Wong Wai-ying, Sales Executive of the Direct Sales Department, has also been named one of the “Top 5 Awardees” in the “44th Outstanding Young Salesperson Award” category.
HTHKH’s mobile and fixed-line operations have received the Award for 13 consecutive years. This year’s result is particularly encouraging as all five participants from 3 Hong Kong’s Corporate Sales, Retail, Direct Sales and Consumer Market departments have been awarded. The outstanding results have underscored the success of 3 Hong Kong’s comprehensive training program in building up an exceptional sales force that delivers professional sales service and wins industry-wide recognition.
Rapid development in the telecom industry, coupled with continued advancement and the growing popularity of telecom products, are the new challenges faced by salespersons in the telecom industry. The winners of the “44th Distinguished Salesperson Award” are Efe Lee Shi-kan, Assistant Sales Manager (Corporate Sales), Matt Ho Ka-ki, Unit Manager (Consumer Market) and Victor Chan Yeuk-fai, Sales Executive (Retail). Rachel Wong Wai-ying, Account Executive (Direct Sales) and Evans Ho Lok-sum, Sales Executive (Direct Sales), have grabbed the “44th Outstanding Young Salesperson Award”.
Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Management Association and the Sales and Marketing Executives Club, the “Distinguished Salesperson Award” is a significant annual event in the sales industry. This year, nearly 190 salespersons from over 60 companies participated in the program.
