Special Terms & Conditions
  1. 當每月使用的流動數據用量超過該月服務計劃包含的數據用量，數據服務仍可繼續使用，惟於下一個賬單日前 你所享用的網絡資源將因應網絡情況而分配會較少，數據服務體驗或會受到影響。
    When monthly mobile data usage reaches the data entitlement of your monthly service plan, data service will continue. However, you will be allocated with less network resources for access subject to the network conditions and your data service experience may be affected before the next bill cycle date.
  2. 「任用數據王」服務適用於客戶選用指定4G Top Up月費計劃/4.5G 共享 SIM月費計劃及其數據量為10GB或以上/指定客戶。客戶選用任何數據組合均須簽訂指定數據服務合約。最高數據下載速度將根據選購此計劃之相關指定月費計劃而有所不同。
    “Infinity Data” Service is applicable to customer who commits to designated 4G monthly plan / 4.5G Multi SIM Plan with 10GB data entitlement or above / designated customers. Customer who subscribes to Infinity Data is required to sign designated data pack contract. The maximum download speed will be subject to the relevant designated monthly service plan under which this Plan is subscribed for. 
  3. 新簽訂之「任用數據王」服務合約期不可超過賬戶之剩餘合約期。
    The contract period of “Infinity Data” Service cannot exceed the remaining contract period of the mobile account.
  4. 「任用數據王」服務不可與Top Up數據組合及/或「歡樂通宵」數據組合同時選用。
    “Infinity Data” Service cannot be subscribed together with Top Up Data Pack and/or “Night Fever” Data Pack.
  5. 流動數據服務的月費及數據使用量按整月計算。服務內所包括之使用量只適用於本地流動數據服務。
    Data Pack service monthly fee and data pack entitlement are non-prorated. The usage entitlement of the Top Up data pack applies to local mobile data service only.
  6. 客戶於合約期內不可轉換月費較低之數據服務組合。如客戶於合約期內終止數據服務組合，客戶需繳付剩餘合約期之月費總額作為取消費用。無合約之「任用數據王」服務生效後、「任用數據王」作為出機上台之指定增值服務組合期完結後或「任用數據王」服務合約期完結後，如客戶沒有主動提出終止服務的要求，3香港/ SUPREME會繼續按月向客戶提供服務及收取相關的服務月費。
    Customer cannot change to another Data Pack service with a monthly fee less than the existing pack during the contract period. If customer terminates the Data Pack service during the contract period, the customer is liable to pay a cancellation charge equivalent to the sum of the monthly fee for the remaining unfulfilled contract period. After service activation of “Infinity Data” with no contract, after the period of “Infinity Data” subscription as the designated value-added service commitment when engaging for a fixed contract term for newly subscribed mobile devices or after the end of “Infinity Data” service contract, 3HK/ SUPREME will continue to provide the service on a monthly basis automatically and to charge at the prevailing monthly fee if customer does not request for service termination.
  7. 「賬單日」是指由發單日開始至下一個發單日前一日為完結之周期，而每位客戶之發單周期均不同。
    “Bill cycle” refers to the period beginning with the date of an invoice and ending on date immediately preceding the date of the next invoice and it varies from customers to customers.
  8. 和記電話有限公司保留優惠之最終決定權，優惠或條款如有更改，本公司將以合理時間預早通知。
    Hutchison Telephone Company Limited reserves the right of final decision on the above offer and reasonable prior notice will be provided if there is any change to the offer or relevant terms and conditions
