Replace SIM
For Replace Physical SIM:
  1. As an account owner*, you can complete the SIM replacement at any of our 3Shop. A handling fee of $100 applies.
  2. You are required to show your previous SIM card.
  3. The new SIM card will be active within 2 hours.
For Replace eSIM:
  1. You can click here to change the eSIM or visit any of our 3Shop*. A handling fee of $100 applies.
  2. The eSIM QR code included in the confirmation email will expire once downloaded and cannot be reused. Simply follow the instructions in the email to install and activate your eSIM.
  3. Upon successful activation of a new eSIM, the physical SIM or eSIM in your original device will become invalid. However, your account information — including account balance, purchased service packages, and rewards will remain unchanged.
Remarks:
*An authorized person, please bring along his/her HKID card and the following documents:
  • HKID copy of the registered customer
  • Original authorization letter with registered customer's signature
